Refund Policy
Reflect Social Media Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is a digital marketing service provider based in India. We value every project and ensure that each assignment is handled with the highest level of care, professionalism, and commitment. Our objective is to deliver results in accordance with the agreed proposal and terms.
However, in the unlikely event that a client is not satisfied and opts for a dispute resolution process, refund requests will be considered as per the following policy:
Website Design & Development
Full Refund
A full refund will be applicable only in cases where:
– The project has not been initiated, or
– The initial design concept/style has not been approved by the client.
The refund process will be initiated after confirmation and may take up to 60 days from the date of upfront payment to be processed.
Partial Refund
– Applicable if there is a failure to deliver services as per our delivery policy after approval of the initial design.
– The refund amount will be calculated proportionately, based on the work completed up to that stage.
No Refund
– No refund will be provided once the project has been completed and deployed/uploaded on the server.
Digital Marketing Services
No Refund Policy
– All digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and content creation, are non-refundable.
