Content Review and Approval
All designs, articles, stories of the week, and other materials are shared with you well in advance before being posted on your social media accounts or websites. It is your responsibility to review this content thoroughly. If you identify any material that you believe does not comply with SEBI, AMFI, or other financial market regulations, please inform us immediately.
Regulatory Compliance
Reflect Social Media Marketing Pvt. Ltd. provides creative materials exclusively for branding purposes. No Refund Policy (Digital Marketing Services)
All digital marketing services are strictly non-refundable.

– No refunds under any circumstances after service initiation
Technical Limitations & Posting Delays
Due to technical glitches, posting delays may occur.
– No refunds or extensions for missed posting days
Liability
Reflect Social Media Marketing Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any consequences, penalties, or liabilities arising from the use of content provided by us. This includes, but is not limited to: Content found to be non-compliant with financial regulations, Issues stemming from client-approved & non-approved content posted on social media or other platforms.
Content Sources
Occasionally, we may use publicly available content from the internet as part of the creative process. We strongly advise you to inform us promptly if any modifications are needed to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Technical Errors
In rare cases, due to unforeseen technical errors, content may not be delivered to you in advance and could be posted directly on your social media accounts. In such instances, Reflect Social Media Marketing Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for any issues, similar to the conditions stated above.
Image and Video Retention
All images and videos provided by us and uploaded to your client dashboard will be retained for 90 days from the date of upload. After this period, the content will be deleted from our systems. Clients are advised to download and secure their files within this timeframe.
Legal Jurisdiction
In the event of any legal matters arising from the use of our services or content, such disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
Client Responsibility
As a digital marketing agency, we assist with creative branding. However, the final responsibility for ensuring regulatory compliance lies with you, the client. By engaging our services, you agree to this understanding and acknowledge that we are not liable for any direct or indirect impact resulting from the content provided.
